Our support plans offer planned maintenance for as little as 2 hours every other week to having a technician on-site full time. Our support plans are not set contracts but merely a framework that allows you to plan and budget for the maintenance of your computer systems. As your business and computing needs grow you can change your support as needed. In addition to scheduled maintenance Skywater information technology offers 24 hour on-call support. In case of network or major systems failures Skywater information technology guarantees a 4 hour on-site response time. 
For minor emergencies that can't wait for the scheduled visit we offer a 24 hour response time. Included with the support plans are times when our technology experts will sit down with you and discuss the latest technologies and how they can be applied to improve the productivity of your business.
